How is the Plugin delivered?
The connector is delivered as a set of custom workflows (in standard Cloudify Plugin format) that wrap the built-in Cloudify workflows with ServiceNow methods.
What are the customization options?
Most ServiceNow interactions can be customized by editing the included workflow inputs file (YAML). This allows the connector to be inherently compatible with varying ServiceNow structures. Users can change configuration items such as which type of CMDB table to use when reporting deployed virtual infrastructure or what type of relationship type to use. Common defaults are provided.

What are the licensing requirements for either SerivceNow or Cloudify in order to license the Plugin?
You must have a valid, up-to-date licensed copy of ServiceNow and the ServiceNow currently available API
Because Cloudify is an open source (open core model) product, you are not required to have a licensed copy of Cloudify in order to license the Plugin
What is the integration mechanism for ServiceNow?
The Plugin uses the standard, supported ServiceNow v1 REST API with JSON format
